Products
Cotton is a natural fiber, which means that it can shrink. To help prevent that, we pre-wash some of our FOURTWO garments – but it can still occur.
When washing your cotton garment, always refer to the care label as it lists the optimum washing temperature. Be sure to dry it at room temperature as tumble drying can lead to excessive shrinkage. We recommend that you iron your cotton garment – this helps it revert to its original shape and softness. Just be careful not to iron prints or embroidery, and always iron the product inside out to help prevent the color from fading over time.
TIPS : To prevent weightier pieces losing their shape, we recommend storing them folded rather than hanging – that includes sweatshirts and hoodies. Lighter pieces like T-shirts and can be kept on hangers as it’ll help prevent creasing. Just be sure that when you’re placing T-shirts on hangers, you go in from the bottom of the garment. Forcing it through the top will stretch out the neck and ruin the shape. One last thing – cotton, being a natural fiber, isn’t a big fan of the sun. Avoid storing and drying it under direct sunlight.

Returns

Shipping
Shipping times kick in when your item(s) have left our distribution center. Please allow for 1-2 business days for processing at our warehouse before your order is shipped.
Once your order has left the warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and estimated delivery date.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number so you can stay in control of your package’s whereabouts. You can also follow the progress of your delivery by signing into your account and clicking MY ACCOUNT followed by ORDER STATUS.
All orders placed on our website are shipped from our warehouse in Miami, FL.
